*Unicorns:

Squidward - His cutie mark is similar to Twilight Sparkle's in the sense that it represents the other element bearers! His cutie mark shows a broken turquoise heart, representing his 'depression' and broken personality, as well as two other hearts, pink and yellow. These clearly represent Spongebob and Patrick respectively, positioned around the broken heart holding it together.

Squilliam - He plays Clarinet. 'Nuff said.

Mr Krabs - His cutie mark shows his love for money, however his 'Special talent' is manipulating the situation to work in his favour.

Karen - Her cutie mark shows her sentience as well as her devotion to Plankton.

*Pegasi:

Spongebob - His cutie mark shows his unique ability to make Krabby Patties.

Pearl - Her cutie mark shows her love for jewelry, however is could also be seen as the ability to locate rare gems.

*Earth Ponies:

Patrick - His cutie mark shows his less-that-perfect intelligance, as well as his ability to regenerate his limbs if they happen to get amputated in some way.

Sandy - Her cutie mark shows her destiny to live in a glass orb with a tree growing within, however her 'Special talent' is science and inventing.
